Job Overview:
As a Workday Learning Consultant, you’ll guide clients in enhancing their business performance by implementing Workday Learning solutions. You will play a key role in a passionate team focused on driving process improvements and cost efficiencies through innovative strategies. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of both the team and clients. On a daily basis, you will support the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Learning, ensuring alignment with the company’s learning and development strategies. You’ll also lead project timelines, data migration efforts, and provide post-implementation support for optimal utilization of the system.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with the Workday Learning module.
- Proficient in system design, configuration, testing, and data integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and clients.
- Workday certification in HCM and Learning is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
