Job Description
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our UKG HRMS/Payroll consulting and software implementation team. As a Sability Consultant, you will guide clients through the implementation of UKG’s Pro HCM solution, handling tasks such as requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and deployment. This role focuses on functional consulting, though experience in technical areas like system integration or report writing is an advantage. Strong customer service and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client kick-off meetings and requirements gathering sessions.
- Provide expert guidance on UKG Pro HCM products and related topics.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements and plans.
- Write functional specifications for customizations and oversee testing.
- Perform data mapping and validate data conversion accuracy.
- Lead parallel cycles, balance payrolls, and prepare handover documentation.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and gain necessary approvals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with UKG Pro implementations.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented mindset.
- Consulting experience and HR/payroll certifications (CPP/SPHR) are preferred.
