Treasury Management Specialist – Los Angeles

Who You Are: 

• 2+ years of experience in commercial treasury management/support

• Experience with online banking, wires, account analysis, Lockbox, ACH, RDC, and Cash Vault

• Ability to multi-task in a face paced environment as a team
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide training to customers on TM Services (D1 Online banking, Cash Vault, Lockbox, ACH, Positive Pay, etc.)

• Executive various functions related to the implementation of treasury management products in line with the guidelines and established SLA’s

• Manage the servicing or Treasury Management services by interacting with Branch staff, Lenders, Loan and Depositions Operations, accounting, & TMS Officers

• Respond to internal and external inquiries, problems and complaints received via phone, email, and Online Banking email communications for TM products and related issues

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
