This temporary/contract position is designed for up to six months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

System Services serves as SCL Health’s corporate headquarters, located on the Oracle campus within the Interlocken system in Broomfield, Colorado.

Your Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your role includes:

  • Collaborating strategically with leadership to address recruitment needs.
  • Advising leaders on talent acquisition strategies, sourcing methods, and workforce planning.
  • Acting as a search expert within your functional area, understanding hiring priorities and candidate qualifications.
  • Partnering with the sourcing team and HR Business Partners to address talent gaps and resource requirements proactively.
  • Managing all phases of recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation and hiring.
  • Building a robust talent pool through various sourcing channels, including networking, job fairs, referrals, and competitive analysis.
  • Adhering to service level agreements to achieve recruitment efficiency and meet time-to-fill goals.
  • Pursuing professional growth through training and participating in relevant projects.

Your Qualifications
While we prioritize people over resumes, we seek individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • An associate degree (required) or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred). Equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • A minimum of two years in recruitment, plus one year in human resources, staffing, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience within the healthcare industry (preferred).
