Job Description

Specialist in the Acquisition of Talent.

Responsibilities:

• Focus is on hourly positions at the plant – Product Techs, Material Handlers, QA Techs, Maintenance Techs, etc.
• Would be responsible for posting positions in our ATS (SuccessFactors) and on job boards like Indeed or ZipRecruiter.
• Leading intake meetings with hiring managers to understand candidate needs & wants, shift info, etc.
• Reviewing applications, phone screening candidates and scheduling candidates for onsite interviews.
• Sourcing candidates for harder to fill roles like Maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Has recruited for hourly, high-volume positions in the past.

Manufacturing is a plus, food manufacturing is a double plus!

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and use technology – experience with an ATS is a must– doesn’t have to be SuccessFactors, but that’s a plus if it is.

We also utilize a texting platform that’s integrated with our ATS, so need to be comfortable learning and using that.

• Experience with Indeed and other job boards
• Experience in sourcing candidates
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate the company’s value proposition to candidates.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize independently.
