As a Micron Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and recruiting top talent across various departments. You will support both the Sales and General Administration groups while overseeing the entire recruitment process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and delivering qualified external candidates for open positions using consulting expertise to recommend the best recruitment strategies.
- Leading meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop strategies for attracting top-tier candidates.
- Writing and posting technical job descriptions on Textio and other platforms.
- Partnering with hiring teams and management to meet business hiring goals.
- Utilizing a range of sourcing tools, technology, and networks to identify potential candidates.
- Communicating effectively with external candidates to ensure a positive interview experience.
- Supporting recruitment efforts across multiple locations as required.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer focus and the ability to engage and influence partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and collaboration capabilities.
- Interest in staying updated on industry trends in memory and semiconductor technology.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience combined with education is also considered.
