Role Summary
Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory
- Workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Organizational design, culture enhancement, and change management.
- Leadership development and team effectiveness.
- Insights on workforce trends affecting the business unit (BU).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client support, leadership coaching, and team development.
- Expertise in working with engineering teams is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving and collaboration.
- Thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient across strategic, operational, and tactical aspects of HR.
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communication, with a talent for influencing decisions constructively.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $140,000–$245,200, with equity options, incentive plans, and comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, and generous leave programs. Total compensation varies based on skills, qualifications, and work location.
