This role serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders within the Americas Sales organization, leveraging insights to shape and drive the long-term people agenda. The ideal candidate will align talent strategies with business objectives, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent. This position requires agility to adapt to evolving business priorities and the ability to navigate regional complexities while fostering a culturally sensitive approach. Proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategies are critical, alongside connecting organizational goals to impactful people decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Contribution: Translate business needs into strategic people initiatives focusing on talent, leadership, change management, and culture. Develop 3-5 year people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Advisory Role: Partner with Business Unit leaders as a trusted advisor, contributing to organizational design, development, and overall effectiveness.
  • HR Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business needs and HR functions, ensuring the delivery of tailored HR solutions.
  • Leadership Coaching: Guide senior leaders to enhance their people leadership capabilities and engagement strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze workforce trends and use insights to inform business strategies, measure success, and improve practices.
  • Execution Focus: Lead initiatives in strategic workforce planning, succession planning, organization design, and leadership development.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in executive client support, team development, and management coaching.
  • Background in technology or SaaS industries is preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
  • Strategic, operational, and tactical expertise with credibility and confidence to influence business decisions.
