Your Opportunity: Shape Your Career Growth

As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing merchandising, operations, customer service, and human resources in a high-volume store.
  • Developing creative strategies to boost sales.
  • Managing payroll and controlling expenses to drive profitability.
  • Focusing on Loss Prevention priorities to maintain operational security.
  • Ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of associates and assistant managers.
  • Providing targeted development for Assistant Store Managers to prepare them for Store Manager roles.

What We’re Looking For in You

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail leadership as a Store Manager or District Manager.
  • Proven expertise in managing and inspiring a large team.
  • Previous accountability for a business volume of $5 million or more.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

This position is eligible for bonuses and offers a starting salary range of $73,400 to $100,900 per year. The actual starting pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
