Role Summary

The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy within the Residential Services business. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the recruitment process aligns with business goals. Additionally, the role involves advising leadership on market trends, optimizing hiring strategies, driving diversity initiatives, and implementing best practices for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Manage the regional talent acquisition team to proactively build diverse candidate pools.
  • Drive recruitment strategy, conducting market research to understand the external job market and required business capabilities.
  • Design and implement effective recruiting processes to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand future talent needs and optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Lead targeted leadership searches and ensure timely and efficient candidate selection.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
  • Manage partnerships with colleges and technical schools to source qualified interns and entry-level candidates.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and HR projects to drive improvements in talent acquisition processes.

Non-Essential Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in real estate, retail, hospitality, or customer service sectors.
  • 3+ years of experience in people management.
  • Experience in both staffing agencies and corporate recruiting is preferred.

Key Skills and Abilities

  • Strong talent assessment and candidate matching abilities.
  • Skilled in screening and interviewing candidates across all levels, from entry-level to director roles.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated project and account management skills, with the ability to operate independently.
