Our Specialty Sales team is at the forefront of advancing our respiratory portfolio, catering to patient needs and driving future growth.
Role Overview
As part of the Specialty Sales team, you will:
- Utilize your expertise in science, business, and customer engagement to support a biologic product.
- Understand reimbursement and distribution landscapes, guiding customers to appropriate resources.
- Stay updated on severe asthma therapeutic developments.
- Deliver educational programs and in-services for customers.
- Ensure compliance with GSK guidelines and values.
- Create and execute sales strategies tailored to individual customer needs.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal teams, including marketing and medical staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and effectively manage financial resources.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and the ability to travel domestically, including overnight stays up to 30%.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to operate a vehicle as part of job responsibilities.
- Relevant pharmaceutical/medical device experience (5+ years for Account Specialists, 12+ years for Senior Specialists).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with specialty products using Buy & Bill or pharmacy distribution models.
- Familiarity with payer reimbursement systems.
- Background in biologics, rare diseases, or respiratory sales.
