Where You’ll Fit Within the Team
As a Senior Specialist, Global Benefits, you will ensure excellence in delivering our global benefits programs. Your role will involve managing daily operations and administration of benefits, including those tailored for senior leadership. You will provide high-touch service to partners and senior leaders worldwide, streamline administrative activities, and participate in global benefits initiatives and projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Benefits Administration (60%):
    • Oversee eligibility and enrollment for various benefits programs, including global health plans, retirement plans, life insurance, and executive health services.
    • Process benefit changes related to life events, job transitions, or office transfers.
    • Manage data updates in Workday and external vendor systems.
    • Handle invoicing, billing allocations, and open enrollment processes for global programs.
    • Ensure compliance with global reporting requirements and create ad hoc reports.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
  • Customer Service (30%):
    • Provide clear and effective communication on benefit policies and actions.
    • Address inquiries and resolve issues for employees, senior leadership, and external vendors.
    • Maintain SharePoint sites to share relevant benefits information.
    • Act as a central coordinator to streamline vendor and employee interactions.
  • Project Support (10%):
    • Contribute to program summaries, benchmarking, plan updates, and operational improvements.
    • Collaborate on projects to enhance delivery and employee engagement.

About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English within a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with U.S. benefits programs, including health, retirement, and life insurance plans.
  • Proficiency in process management, HRIS systems, and handling confidential information.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies while building trust.

Experience

  • Background in benefits administration, insurance, HRIS systems, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
