**Key Responsibilities**
– **Employee Relations:** Manage investigations, performance case management, and labor relations, ensuring adherence to local employment laws.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues in assigned business areas, ensuring fairness and addressing concerns.
– Design and deliver internal training programs, considering their impact on both individual and organizational performance.
– Coach leaders on performance management and strategies for improving team performance.
– Develop and implement process, program, or system solutions and assist with program administration.
– Respond promptly and professionally to stakeholder requests, ensuring timely communication.
– Maintain awareness of company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements, keeping up to date with any changes.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with labor organizers in relevant geographies, ensuring compliance with labor agreements.
– Contribute to project timelines, monitor progress, and adjust schedules to meet milestones.
**Qualifications**
– Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, or a combination of advanced training and experience in dynamic environments.
– Experience in employee relations, including handling investigations and performance management.
– Strong coaching and influencing skills with a focus on leadership development.
– Ability to analyze metrics and trends related to HR performance.
– Proficient in project management and presentation/facilitation skills.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
**Compensation and Benefits**
The cash compensation for this role in Springfield ranges from $61,500 to $86,000, with potential to earn up to $98,500 based on ongoing performance.
