Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Program and Project Management
- Apply advanced project management methodologies to strategically guide large-scale programs and initiatives.
- Lead stakeholders through ambiguous and complex scenarios by developing clear plans, milestones, and priorities.
- Monitor project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate consensus among stakeholders to address challenges.
- Manage changes effectively, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Track performance by defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborating with operations teams for implementation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, providing feedback, guidance, and ensuring high-quality outputs across teams.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management, product management, or customer success roles.
- OR a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- 9+ years of relevant experience.
- OR a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in matrixed organizations.
- 3+ years of experience working within the technology sector.
Compensation
The base salary for this role ranges from $96,400 to $255,700 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Additional benefits may include performance-based bonuses, stock options, and sales incentives.
