Position Overview:
This fully remote position, based on the East Coast of the United States, is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact.

About the Role:
As a Senior People Services Advisor, you’ll play a key leadership role within Colliers’ North American People Services team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and execute HR strategies that improve employee experiences and support organizational objectives. This is your chance to lead impactful initiatives that drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR operations while assisting in the planning and execution of major programs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, fostering employee engagement, driving organizational development, and managing change.
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, and Legal teams to offer expert guidance to employees and managers.
  • Address employee queries and resolve HR concerns with timely and well-documented solutions.
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Develop and implement employee programs while taking ownership of key projects.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of HR experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and compliance skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with certifications such as PHR, SHRM, or CPHR being a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay range: $31.00–$44.25, based on experience, location, and skills.
  • Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, employer-paid life/AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) with employer match.
  • Employees enjoy 15+ vacation days, 10 paid holidays, two personal flex days, and sick leave. Parental leave of up to 12 weeks is also available.
  • Eligible employees may receive annual performance bonuses.
