The Opportunity
As the Senior Manager of Workforce Management & Payroll Technology, you will lead a high-performing team focused on enhancing Chipotle’s labor scheduling, time and attendance, and payroll technologies. This leadership role within the Digital Employee Experience team involves leveraging platforms like UKG Kronos Cloud, Workday HCM, and ADP Global to deliver innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include daily support, implementing new features, and fostering continuous improvement while prioritizing customer satisfaction and transformational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support to HR and payroll teams, aligning solutions with business objectives.
- Perform gap analyses and propose solutions in compliance, cybersecurity, and SOX standards.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure platform stability and scalability.
- Lead quality assurance efforts, including rigorous testing for patches, upgrades, and releases.
- Address system issues through root cause analysis and effective resolution strategies.
- Develop strategic technology blueprints and workforce management solutions, driving long-term success.
- Prepare project proposals and funding plans aligned with organizational strategies.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in HRIS and labor scheduling technology, including expertise in time and attendance, payroll interfaces, and POS systems.
- 5-8 years of supervisory experience leading high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with workforce management and HCM cloud tools.
- Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management.
- Experience working within a global delivery model.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $126,000 to $186,000 annually, with additional opportunities for cash bonuses and equity awards based on performance. Chipotle offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, sick leave, and more.
