**Join Our Mission to Cultivate a Better World**

At Chipotle, we’re reinventing the fast-food experience by serving real, quality food and reshaping the future of farming and food accessibility. Our commitment goes beyond our kitchens as we engage in meaningful conversations and efforts to impact positive change in the industry. We’re inviting you to join us on this journey to redefine what “fast food” can be.

**The Opportunity**

As a Senior Manager for Workforce Management & Payroll Technology, you will drive the growth of our talented team while establishing and advancing Chipotle’s approach to labor scheduling, time tracking, and payroll systems. In this strategic leadership role within our Digital Employee Experience team, you will oversee the design, development, and support of our UKG Kronos Cloud platform and its related systems, including Workday HCM and ADP Global. You’ll lead our technology initiatives, working hands-on to deliver day-to-day support while introducing new, transformative capabilities. We seek a candidate who is innovative, customer-oriented, and capable of leading change.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Deliver technical and functional support to HR and payroll teams, fostering partnerships to anticipate and meet business needs swiftly.
– Perform detailed gap analysis to align system functionality with business goals, covering cybersecurity, SOX, and compliance.
– Manage vendor relationships, establish functional standards, and ensure the sustainability of technological solutions.
– Lead quality assurance efforts, including regression testing across patches, upgrades, and release cycles.
– Investigate and resolve system issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
– Develop strategic technology frameworks and digital experiences that shape our workforce management initiatives.
– Provide comprehensive technology guidance through active participation in product and program planning.
– Assist in creating project proposals and funding strategies that align with long-term business objectives.

**What You’ll Bring**

– A Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
– 10+ years of experience in HRIS, labor scheduling, and time technology practices, with expertise in POS operations, menu design, inventory management, and reporting.
– 5-8 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating proficiency in approval workflows and global payroll interface configurations.
– Hands-on knowledge of WFM/HCM Cloud tools, and familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and global delivery models.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The base pay range for this role is approximately $126,000.00–$186,000.00 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and equity awards based on performance. Chipotle provides a robust rewards package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
