Senior Manager, Talent Activation – Cyclical Talent Strategies

About the Role
The Senior Manager, Talent Activation will spearhead initiatives aimed at elevating talent programs globally. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Activation, this role involves leading a team to refine and implement critical talent processes such as succession planning, promotions, performance reviews, and more. By focusing on both corporate and field teams, the Senior Manager will ensure alignment with lululemon’s overarching talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee global Talent Activation initiatives, including strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Lead programs such as succession planning, promotions, and performance reviews to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with People & Culture teams and business leaders to establish and refine long-term talent strategies, addressing workforce gaps and future needs.
- Drive process improvements through automation and ensure consistency across talent processes.
- Analyze metrics to measure program effectiveness and partner with stakeholders to drive results.
- Manage and mentor a team of Talent Activation professionals, fostering growth and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in HR, talent management, learning & development, or project management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive engagement.
- Expertise in core talent management processes such as performance management and succession planning.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- High integrity and discretion when managing sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related fields.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in process improvement and leveraging project management tools.

Workplace Arrangement
