Role Overview
As the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) based in Albany, Georgia, you’ll lead human resources strategies to drive organizational capabilities and support the Albany brewery’s objectives. Reporting directly to the VP Plant Manager with a dotted line to the Sr. Director, HRBP, you’ll collaborate with brewery leadership, the HRBP team, and learning and development stakeholders to foster success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering their professional growth through meaningful career discussions and one-on-one engagements.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure effective execution of HR and business processes.
- Manage performance and talent strategies to enhance growth and drive results.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion while maintaining positive employee relations and labor engagement.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, development, and belonging.
- Partner with management to enhance employee technical and leadership skills.
- Lead change management initiatives, aligning new practices with strategic objectives.
- Support employee wellness and health initiatives.
Qualifications
- Authentic leadership style, valuing diversity and fostering inclusivity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in HR, including partnerships with leadership.
- Proven experience in unionized environments, including collective bargaining.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Success in implementing culture and engagement strategies.
- Agile and adaptable to challenges, delivering timely solutions aligned with business priorities.
