**About This Team**

The People & Culture Business Partner team provides strategic support for our people-centered initiatives, from employee relations to leadership development. Collaborating closely with Site Directors, General Managers, and other leaders, this team leverages strategic insight to enhance organizational health and employee engagement.

As the Senior Manager, Business Partnering, you’ll be the primary HR liaison at a 24/7 fulfillment center, directly partnering with the Director of DC Operations across one or multiple distribution sites. Leading a team of HR professionals, you’ll manage and support up to 3,000 employees during peak periods, while reporting to the Director of Business Partnering for our Global Fulfillment network.

**A Day in the Life – Business Partnering**

You will spearhead the development of a comprehensive people strategy to support our growth, focusing on key metrics like retention and engagement. Responsibilities include team leadership, coaching, workforce planning, and performance management, in addition to employee relations and compliance. You’ll partner on projects, analyze data, and leverage insights to shape solutions that foster a positive workplace culture. From onboarding and employee relations to succession planning and compliance, your role is pivotal in supporting both our people and business goals.

**Qualifications**

We’re looking for a candidate with at least 8 years in HR, including 5 years of leadership experience. You should be skilled in conflict resolution, compliance, strategic thinking, and employee engagement. Knowledge of labor laws, as well as the ability to travel and support off-hour shifts, is essential. Experience with exempt and non-exempt workforces, supply chain knowledge, and multi-lingual skills are assets.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The base salary for this role is between $134,100 and $176,000 USD annually, depending on location and experience. Our total rewards include a competitive bonus program, health and dental benefits, paid time off, retirement plans, discounts, fitness perks, and robust career development resources.

**Workplace Arrangement**

This role requires in-person presence at our distribution center 4-5 days per week to support our operations and team.
