**Purpose of Role**
The Senior Lead, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) oversees the full range of HR functions within their assigned business unit. This includes talent management, succession planning, performance management, recruitment, organizational design, training, employee relations, and compensation. Serving as a liaison between the leadership team, HR specialists, and executives, the HRBP works to align HR strategies with business objectives.
**Your Impact**
– Foster a positive work environment, enhance employee morale, and ensure alignment with Under Armour’s culture across the business unit.
– Collaborate with business leaders to assess internal talent and create strategies to retain top performers while attracting new talent. Develop exit plans for underperformers.
– Provide coaching and advice to business partners on various HR topics.
– Stay informed on industry best practices, legal updates, technological advancements, and HR trends to implement cutting-edge HR practices.
– Perform supervisory duties in line with company policies and laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
– Work with HR Centers of Excellence to develop and implement talent pipelines, rewards programs, training initiatives, and wage structures.
– Ensure compliance with employment regulations and policies.
**Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 years of relevant HR experience.
– In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including performance management, organizational design, leadership development, compensation, and succession planning.
– Proven ability to create an environment that encourages teammate growth and success.
– Experience in leading talent strategy, employee retention, and high-potential talent identification.
– Expertise in providing confidential coaching and decision-making support at all levels of the organization.
– Strong relationship-building skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
**Workplace Location**
– **Location**: Must reside within commuting distance of our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD.
– **Work Schedule**: Hybrid (three days in-office, remainder remote).
**Compensation & Benefits**
– **Base Salary Range**: $129,786.00 – $178,456.30 USD, with potential for growth based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
