**Purpose of Role**
The Senior Lead, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in overseeing all HR functions for their business unit. This includes talent strategy, performance management, succession planning, recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations. The HRBP works closely with leadership to ensure effective organizational design and employee engagement while promoting the company’s culture at all levels.
**Your Impact**
– Foster positive employer-employee relationships and high employee morale while driving Under Armour’s culture
– Collaborate with business leaders to assess current talent, develop strategies for retention, and attract new talent
– Provide HR coaching and counseling across all areas of the business
– Research and implement best practices, legal trends, and emerging HR innovations
– Manage key HR activities including interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluation, and resolving employee issues
– Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure talent pipelines, compensation programs, and training align with business needs
**Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant HR experience
– Expertise in HR processes including performance management, organizational design, leadership development, and talent management
– Proven experience in fostering an inspiring and high-performing work environment
– Strong background in employee retention, coaching, and talent strategy
– Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships across the organization
**Workplace Location**
– Must be within commuting distance of Under Armour’s global headquarters in Baltimore, MD
– Hybrid work model: Three days in-office, remainder remote
– Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
**Base Compensation**
$129,786 – $178,456.30 USD, with opportunities for growth based on experience
