Senior Human Resources Business Partner
This position serves as a crucial commercial partner to a renowned client-facing business with a strong industry presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR leadership, offering guidance and consultation to client groups, and ensure delivery of HR programs and services aligned with commercial objectives.
- Proactively define, build, and implement HR strategies and solutions that add value.
- Advise leadership on complex issues, including organizational design, development, and change management.
- Create strategies to attract, develop, and retain high-quality talent to support business growth.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to align talent strategy with long-term company goals, including succession planning.
- Collaborate with P&C COE functions to deliver HR solutions and roll out company-wide programs that enhance the employee experience and support business objectives.
- Present business insights clearly and creatively, challenging conventional thinking and encouraging alignment on key issues.
- Oversee performance management processes, including performance assessments, calibration, and compensation planning.
- Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure strategies are in place for workforce development, with a focus on diversity.
- Utilize data and analytics to provide insights into business and talent trends, shaping overall HR priorities.
Candidate Profile – Who You Are:
- Familiarity with state, federal, and regional labor laws and practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in a business-facing HR role.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and guide others.
- Experience in talent management and organizational development.
- Solid understanding of change management and communication processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Driven to improve systems and processes continuously.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams and independently, with an understanding of remote work environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
