About the Role
Fetch is seeking a Senior HRIS Manager to lead and optimize its Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. Reporting to the Senior Manager of HR Technology, this role is critical in aligning HRIS functionality with the strategic and operational goals of the People Experience team. Responsibilities include overseeing UKG/UltiPro HCM modules, ensuring data security, enhancing business processes, and supporting cross-functional teams like Payroll and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have extensive HCM experience, proficiency in BI tools, and expertise in data governance and compliance. This role can be remote or hybrid, with occasional travel for team events.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary advisor for UKG/UltiPro HCM, overseeing modules like Core HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management.
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve HCM issues promptly.
- Build collaborative relationships with teams to design efficient HR systems.
- Manage end-to-end implementations of HCM systems, ensuring seamless deployment.
- Develop datasets using BI tools and support cross-functional decision-making.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, HR trends, and system enhancements.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- 8+ years of HCM administration experience (preferably UKG/UltiPro).
- 6+ years with BI tools and large datasets, preferably UKG People Analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Python, and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of SOC2 compliance and data governance.
- Experience with HR tools like Greenhouse, Lattice, and Jira.
- Excellent analytical, mentoring, and project management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Fetch offers a competitive salary range of $145,000–$155,000 and equity in the company.
