Role Overview: Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)
As a Senior HRBP, you will collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. This includes talent development, workforce planning, and driving employee engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor and provide strategic guidance on various HR initiatives while leading and inspiring a team of HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute HR strategies supporting talent, organizational growth, and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on business restructuring and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (COEs) and business units to develop data-driven solutions for performance, retention, and workforce planning.
  • Facilitate M&A activities, including due diligence and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and internal policies.
  • Lead and develop HRBP team members while mentoring them in best practices.
  • Deliver training, consultation, and one-on-one coaching to business leaders.
  • Drive initiatives related to labor relations and employee engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce development.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, execute organizational redesigns, and manage compensation review cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working in unionized environments.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to manage confidential matters.

Work Environment and Travel:
This role is primarily office-based, requiring a minimum of three days onsite to engage with leaders and employees. Travel up to 30% is necessary for events and meetings.
