Job Title: Senior Executive Compensation Analyst
Reports To: Sr. Director of Global Compensation
Location: Hybrid (Dallas) or Remote
Position Summary:
The Senior Executive Compensation Analyst plays a vital role in supporting Enovis’s Executive Compensation and equity programs. Responsibilities include overseeing the stock plans, preparing reports, conducting analyses, and managing equity-related projects. Additionally, the role includes preparing meeting materials and proxy documents for Compensation and Human Capital Management (CHCM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer equity compensation activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of CHCM committee materials in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Tax, and consultants.
- Assist with annual Proxy statement preparation.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with executive compensation and equity regulations.
- Prepare reports for financial disclosures and SEC filings.
- Oversee equity award processes, including grants, agreements, and terminations.
- Conduct audits and reconciliations.
- Support the analysis and administration of long-term incentive programs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for audits and equity-related inquiries.
- Contribute to compensation surveys and stay updated on regulations.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
- Assist with process improvement opportunities within the compensation function.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a quantitative field (Mathematics, Finance, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing global equity programs and proxy data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with stock plan administration platforms, such as Merrill Lynch.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday experience is a plus.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification is preferred.
