The Senior Director of Enterprise Capability (Skills Strategy & Transformation) leads the strategic vision and long-term roadmap towards adopting a skills-focused approach in talent development at Coca-Cola. This role is crucial in crafting the Skills strategy, setting the foundations for talent practices, and driving change management initiatives. The role involves designing a holistic change management and engagement strategy, building strong connections across the People & Culture team, and leading key projects that will define and implement skills-focused talent practices. The role will evolve alongside industry trends and technological advancements, ensuring continuous progress toward a skills-oriented future.
Skills, acquired through training and practice, are central to Coca-Cola’s capability development. The Skills Strategy & Transformation leader will play a vital role in integrating skills with knowledge and mindset to drive both employee success and business growth. This role combines strategic leadership, consulting, and program management to guide a network of partners in developing and implementing the Skills strategy.
Working within the Talent & Development COE of Coca-Cola’s People & Culture function, this role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about driving transformation. The role demands experience in talent development, strategy consulting, and capability-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to create clarity from ambiguity, act decisively, and scale impact across the organization.
Although this role does not have direct reports, it carries significant responsibility for leading cross-functional project teams and influencing senior leaders in People & Culture and the global Capability network.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Design and implement Coca-Cola’s Skills Strategy in collaboration with external and internal partners.
– Simplify research into a unified strategy for skills-focused talent management.
– Oversee program management, leading teams to pilot and scale skills-related initiatives.
– Lead stakeholder engagement and consult as a subject matter expert on skills-oriented talent activities.
– Develop and implement a comprehensive change management and communication plan to drive Skills Strategy success.
**Candidate Requirements**
– Expertise in skills and capability strategies.
– Strong business acumen, particularly in CPG.
– Experience in consulting, program management, and change management.
– Proven ability to thrive in complex, networked environments.
– 8-10 years of experience in talent development or related fields.
– Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
