About the Team

About the Role
The Senior B2B Advertising Programs Manager will spearhead the growth and stability of Zillow’s New Construction Boost advertising product. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the product’s vision, drive strategic initiatives, and advocate for its needs. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, leading product strategy, and collaborating with teams across operations, sales, and product development. You’ll serve as a digital advertising expert, guide strategy for pricing and packaging, and incorporate feedback to ensure continuous improvement. This role is remote, allowing you to work flexibly while contributing to a high-impact team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to grow Boost revenue.
- Identify and address risks to product stability.
- Collaborate on pricing and packaging strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advise on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Prepare sales teams for new processes and product updates.
- Work with external partners to optimize performance and explore new opportunities.
- Continuously gather feedback to enhance products and processes.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising or program management.
- Strong knowledge of advertising technology, including platforms like Google Ad Manager.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Skilled in navigating fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to lead projects and adapt to change.
- Commitment to operational excellence and quality outcomes.
