Senior Associate – Global Mobility (On-site in Racine, WI)

Role Overview
The Senior Associate, Global Mobility, will deliver exceptional customer service to candidates, employees, and HR Business Partners within the Global Mobility Department. This role involves consulting on policies, supporting cost and budget projections, managing vendor expenditures, and streamlining processes for domestic and international assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and letters of understanding for international assignments and permanent relocations.
- Oversee end-to-end processes for international/domestic assignments and relocations.
- Provide guidance to vendors while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Support and consult with employees and HR Business Partners on relocation matters, anticipating and resolving issues.
- Manage policies, processes, and improvement projects related to assignments and relocations.
- Monitor vendor expenses, conduct cost analysis, and audit invoices.
- Compile and distribute year-end accrual reports for relocation programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in global mobility, tax, immigration, compensation, or employer-sponsored programs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise.
- Experience managing multiple projects and influencing outcomes in matrixed environments.
- Familiarity with mobility tools, financial management, and working with vendors/partners.
Job Requirements
- Full-time position with occasional travel (5%).
- Eligible employees can work remotely one day per week.
- This role does not include relocation support.
