Wolt officially launched in Germany in August 2020 as country number 23! Since we started in Berlin, we’ve been able to work with many amazing restaurants to serve tens of thousands of hungry customers. And now we are very happy to announce that we are currently looking to expand our activities across Germany !

We intend to expand our team significantly and are therefore looking for field sales representatives in Hamburg, Lübeck, Hanover and Braunschweig .

We are looking for new sales professionals who would like to help shape further expansion successfully. Our expansion team is responsible for acquiring restaurant partners in locations where Wolt is not yet active. This team is constantly traveling throughout Germany ( up to 70% of the time ) and is at the forefront of our expansion goals!

Your tasks with us

  • You will develop our new locations and actively shape them
  • You will identify potential partnerships with restaurants and close sales with them to achieve our sales goals
  • You organize yourself and your pipeline yourself and build new partnerships with decision-makers and restaurants
  • In a personal sales meeting, you will present Wolt and sell our service to restaurant managers and managing directors
  • You turn your region into a Wolt region


  • You have experience in sales ( at least 2 years of sales experience ) or have already demonstrated your sales talent in other ways (e.g. experience with the entire sales cycle ). 
  • You are characterized by friendliness and great persuasiveness. You are adept at leading discovery meetings and engaging in tough negotiations
  • You have a high level of self-motivation, determination and are sociable.
  • Extra points if you already have experience in the field.
  • Your strong communication and presentation skills make you appear convincing and self-confident.
  • Completed degree or similar qualification through completed training and professional experience.
  • You speak German and English fluently.
