Position Overview:
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead a team that prioritizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and community connection. Your responsibilities include overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, coaching team members, and driving sales and profitability while upholding company standards. We prefer candidates with at least two years of experience in restaurant or retail management, especially those with experience managing a full bar. A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Class C license for travel between locations, and the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee human resources functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Execute the company’s Mission Statement and Core Values daily.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and communicate updates to the team.
- Participate in local store marketing initiatives.
- Analyze Profit and Loss Statements and develop action plans to address opportunities.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, security, service, and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information and enforce company policies.
