**Role Overview:**
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team and ensuring that each guest has a positive experience. You will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards in quality, safety, and cleanliness, and set the tone for the team’s performance and attitude.

1. Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and service from the team
2. Hire, train, and coach team members
3. Use AES Systems to manage daily restaurant operations
4. Enforce cash and inventory controls within the restaurant
5. Set and achieve goals related to service, operations, and financial outcomes
AES places a strong focus on achieving goals, and as an Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to achieve excellence in operations, profit and loss management, customer service, speed of service, quality, and workplace safety. You’ll also use our systems and tools, such as the Systems Board and RTI Task Lists, and ensure compliance with government regulations, food safety standards, employment laws, and accounting practices.

**Requirements:**
– Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
– ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification
– Physical ability to work in varying temperatures, stand for 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
