Job Description: Training Director – Remote

We are seeking an experienced Training Director to lead and train our Digital Marketing team. If you are motivated, success-driven, and eager to learn, you may be the perfect fit for this role. We require a consultant or contractor with over 5 years of experience in digital marketing who can take a leadership role in coaching associates across various marketing areas.

As an international business specializing in Personal & Leadership Development Training, we provide the tools and systems to market to potential clients. You’ll be supported with training and can work remotely with just a computer, phone, and internet connection.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Strategic thinker
  • Available for at least 2 hours/day (part-time or full-time)
  • Good computer skills
  • Must have necessary equipment (phone, computer, internet)
