Recruiting and HR Development Intern – Job Opportunity
Join our team as an Intern in Recruiting and HR Development (m/f/d), where you’ll take ownership of the entire recruitment process for various roles. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll work from the vibrant city of Berlin or remotely. This role offers dynamic, fast-paced responsibilities and the chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse business and investment roles.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, including headhunting for top talent.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage social media and content marketing to promote the Employer Brand and attract talent.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex tasks.
- Passion for recruiting investment and tech professionals actively and passively.
- Comfortable handling high-volume recruitment challenges.
- Proficient in digital tools and social media platforms for sourcing and branding.
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive, customer-oriented approach.
- Structured and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus.
