Your Role on the Team
As a Property Compliance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with HOA or municipal rules and regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with team members to address and resolve compliance concerns effectively.
  • Building and maintaining strong communication channels with HOAs, property management entities, and local municipalities.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as licensing, registrations, inspections, business tax registrations, and other required documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate workflows and data integrity within our technology systems.

What You Bring to the Role

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in customer service, administrative roles, or HOA/property management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Yardi or Salesforce is a plus.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range
$14.13 – $24.50 per hour
