Job Description
As a Plant Human Resources Manager, you’ll drive HR initiatives within the facility, concentrating on labor relations, employee engagement, and workforce planning. This role entails creating and implementing a strategic 1-to-3-year HR roadmap through the Kellanova Work System Framework. Your proactive approach and vibrant energy will be instrumental in fostering a supportive work environment for the plant team. Relocation assistance is available.
Key Responsibilities
– **Strategic HR Planning**: Design and execute a 1-to-3-year HR strategy that aligns with business goals, collaborating closely with senior management to ensure HR programs support organizational objectives.
– **Employee and Labor Relations**: Oversee employee relations, address labor concerns effectively, and ensure compliance with EEOC and Affirmative Action guidelines.
– **Training and Development**: Manage training initiatives, facilitate leadership growth, and promote a positive culture focused on professional development.
– **Performance Management**: Deploy performance management systems tied to strategic goals, leveraging HR analytics to make data-driven decisions.
– **Compliance and Risk Management**: Uphold HR policies that meet legal standards, mitigate risks, and contribute to overall site strategy as a core member of the leadership team.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree with related experience, or a high school diploma/GED with significant plant-based HR experience.
– Proven HR experience, with a solid background in employee relations.
– Demonstrated commitment to fostering a positive work culture for production employees.
– Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and manage teams.
– Strategic thinker with skills in E.D.G.E. (Every Day Great Execution).
– Proficiency in HR analytics and data-focused decision-making.
