Plant Human Resources Manager – Kellanova
About the Role
As a Plant Human Resources Manager at Kellanova, you will oversee all HR activities at the facility, focusing on employee and labor relations. You will design and implement a 1-to-3-year HR strategy aligned with the Kellanova Work System Framework. Your ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, coupled with your strategic vision, will drive success and engagement within the plant team. Relocation assistance is available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Alignment: Develop and execute a multi-year HR strategy in collaboration with senior leadership to support business goals.
- Employee and Labor Relations: Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with EEOC and Affirmative Action guidelines while addressing employee concerns effectively.
- Training and Development: Facilitate leadership training, professional development, and skill-building programs to strengthen the workforce and promote a positive culture.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems that align with strategic objectives, leveraging HR analytics for informed decision-making.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to HR policies and mitigate potential risks, contributing to the overall site strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with significant plant-related HR experience.
- Proven experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a commitment to “Every Day Great Execution” (E.D.G.E.).
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Genuine ability to connect with and engage production employees.
