We are looking for a seasoned People Technology Change Lead to join our dynamic team. This crucial role involves overseeing the effective implementation and adoption of HR technology solutions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management and a solid history of successful HR technology initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

**Change Management Strategy:**

– Develop and implement detailed change management plans for HR technology upgrades, such as HCM and ATS transformations, to ensure a smooth transition and clear visibility for employees.
– Assess and address change impacts, creating effective mitigation strategies.

**Stakeholder Engagement:**

– Work with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align and support HR technology projects.
– Lead communication and engagement activities to foster stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful change management.
– Partner with business leaders to contribute to changes in areas like compensation, performance, and mergers & acquisitions.

**Training and Development:**

– Design training programs with Subject Matter Experts to ensure employees are proficient with new HR technologies.
– Create and update user guides, training materials, and support documentation.

**Communication:**

– Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders updated on project progress, changes, and benefits.
– Ensure messaging is clear and consistent across the organization.

**Evaluation and Reporting:**

– Monitor and assess the effectiveness of change management strategies and make necessary adjustments.
– Provide regular updates on change impacts and adoption to senior leadership.

**Continuous Improvement:**

– Identify and act on opportunities to enhance change management processes within HR technology implementations.

**Basic Qualifications:**

– 10+ years of relevant experience.
– Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Experience in HR tech change management and project management.
– Proven success in leading HR tech change initiatives in large organizations.
– Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, including HRIS and HCM.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
– Proficiency in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
– Exceptional project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Adaptability and resilience in navigating and leading through change in a fast-paced environment.
– Change management certifications.
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic in solving challenges.

**Compensation:**

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: Base salary ranges from USD$180,000 to USD$200,000 per year.

For Seattle, WA-based roles: Base salary ranges from USD$162,000 to USD$180,000 per year.
