**What You’ll Do**
As a People Team Specialist on the Inverto North American team, you’ll support our most important asset—our people. Working closely with the North American region (NAMR) team, you’ll handle logistics, strategic initiatives, and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for those passionate about HR who thrive in dynamic, detail-oriented settings. You’ll work to foster career growth, offer mentorship, and align consultant development with BCG’s strategic objectives. You’ll support consultants working across private, public, and social sectors to make transformative impacts.
You’ll report to the Business Management Leader (BML) and collaborate with Talent Managers and Inverto leadership while supporting career development meetings, coordinating onboarding sessions, and engaging with colleagues to enhance the career experience. Your role includes organizing training opportunities, handling DEI initiatives, and ensuring smooth office transfers.
**Skills and Experience Required**
– Bachelor’s degree required
– 3-5 years of HR or administrative experience in a professional services environment
– Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
– Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritizing efficiently
– Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving
– Proficient with MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint experience preferred

**Work Environment**

**Compensation and Benefits**
This role’s compensation includes a base salary, performance-based bonuses, retirement fund contributions, and extensive benefits. BCG fully covers medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents. We also offer low copays, orthodontia benefits, gym membership reimbursement, and a vested retirement fund contribution. Additional benefits include paid parental leave, egg freezing, surrogacy, and adoption support. Generous paid time off includes 15 vacation days, paid holidays, and paid sick leave as needed.
