About the Role
Peloton’s People Systems team is looking for a skilled techno-functional expert to lead the strategy, design, and execution of global People Technology, policies, and processes. This role focuses on solving complex SuccessFactors system issues and integrations, ensuring scalability and sustainability for long-term organizational performance. The position emphasizes continuous process improvement, leveraging internal and external best practices. Collaborating with People Team and cross-functional teams, you’ll streamline operations and enhance the end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for HR systems and user experiences, including system modifications as necessary.
• Manage data, process optimization, and system configuration.
• Resolve complex SuccessFactors, integration, and data issues using JIRA.
• Optimize People Tech systems such as SuccessFactors Core HRIS (e.g., Position Management, Foundation Objects), Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefit integrations.
• Focus on automation and reducing manual processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
• Lead AI tool implementation and stay updated on the AI landscape.
• Conduct regular process reviews and propose actionable improvements.
• Deliver operational reports, metrics, analytics, and insights.
• Ensure timely and quality service delivery, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
• Lead projects from planning to execution, including stakeholder alignment, testing, and post-implementation reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee system upgrades or migrations for new or existing solutions.
• Support compliance efforts, including SOX, audits, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in People Technology.
• Expertise in SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, COMP, TM, ORD) and integration tools like Integration Center and XML.
• Proficiency in Boomi and Looker is preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and resolving complex system issues.
• Knowledge of global data privacy regulations.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for data interpretation and storytelling.
• Ability to connect technology with processes, services, and functional teams.
• Excellent time management, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS/cloud platforms and database relationships.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to challenge conventional methods.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary ranges from $135,830 to $183,370 USD, subject to factors like performance and role location. Peloton offers a robust benefits package, including:
