NIKE’s Human Resources team plays a key role in supporting the company’s culture by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. They ensure that employees are supported with effective programs that help them grow and succeed. The global HR team encompasses various functions, including talent planning, acquisition, development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, creating an engaged and diverse workforce.
**Who You’ll Work With**
This role involves interaction with several teams across HR and the business. You will collaborate with stakeholders in People Solutions, Business HR, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and other business teams, reporting to the Manager of People Solutions Consulting, Americas.
**Who We’re Looking For**
The People Solutions Consultant II will address complex inquiries and issues within the organization. We seek an individual with HR generalist experience or expertise in areas like COE or Employee Relations. Ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers who excel in collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation. The role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a proactive approach to driving change.
**Required Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience
– 2-5 years of experience in HR
– Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Experience with HR Information Systems (SAP, Workday) and case management tools (ServiceNow) is preferred
**What You’ll Do**
As a People Solutions Consultant II, you will:
– Address HR inquiries and transactions quickly and accurately
– Provide coaching to employees and leaders on performance management, talent development, compensation, and more
– Support HR services, resolve inquiries, and ensure smooth program delivery
– Use case management tools to track and resolve issues effectively
– Partner on projects and contribute to enhancing the employee experience
