What You’ll Do

  • Act as a strategic consultant to engineering leaders on people-related matters.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Support corporate-wide people initiatives while maintaining Box’s core values.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, and cultural alignment.
  • Continuously assess organizational health and recommend improvements.

Who You Are

  • At least 5 years of HR business partner or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on experience in implementing HR solutions.
  • Familiarity with the tech industry, particularly enterprise and cloud technologies, is a plus.
