What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic consultant to engineering leaders on people-related matters.
- Collaborate with teams to drive organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Support corporate-wide people initiatives while maintaining Box’s core values.
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, and cultural alignment.
- Continuously assess organizational health and recommend improvements.
Who You Are
- At least 5 years of HR business partner or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
- Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A strategic thinker with hands-on experience in implementing HR solutions.
- Familiarity with the tech industry, particularly enterprise and cloud technologies, is a plus.
Workplace Culture
