Role Overview
The People Operations Team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals strives to deliver an exceptional employee experience. Comprising curious and collaborative problem-solvers, this team works closely with HR and organizational leaders to streamline processes, embrace technology, and drive continuous improvement. As a People Operations Analyst, you will provide high-value support to employees and managers, resolve HR-related issues, and contribute to initiatives enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to HR queries, offering accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused mindset to enhance employee experience.
- Possess and expand knowledge of HR systems, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate within the team to foster a culture of shared learning and improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems and maintain compliance.
- Support employee life-cycle events, including benefits administration, payroll, and data updates.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and HR projects aimed at improving efficiency and transformation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver effective HR support and solutions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR operations or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in HR technology, MS Office tools, and data analysis.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of Workday and advanced Excel skills is advantageous.
- Eagerness to collaborate and continuously learn in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
For U.S.-based candidates, the base salary for this role ranges from $73,600 to $101,200, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, equity grants, and participation in benefits programs such as medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
