As a People Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role as a strategic advisor, supporting leadership teams and business leaders within a designated unit or function. You’ll align HR strategies with business goals, implement people-focused initiatives, and drive transformation while championing innovation in HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- People Strategy: Partner with leaders to bring the global people strategy to life, offering insights, coaching, and guidance.
- Talent Management: Develop talent strategies, succession plans, and retain top talent. Lead initiatives to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Organizational Development & Change: Support organizational transformation through effective design, coaching, and change management.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Contribute to workforce planning by analyzing capability gaps and supporting action plans.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate on recruitment strategies to attract diverse and top-tier talent.
- Performance & Compensation: Oversee performance reviews and compensation processes to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Project Management: Lead in-country HR projects aligned with organizational priorities.
- Manager Development: Empower managers to develop their teams, promoting self-service tools and accountability.
- Learning & Development: Partner on L&D initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and individual growth.
- Insights & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and action plans.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in multinational or matrixed organizations.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate challenges into actionable HR solutions.
- Expertise in organizational development, talent management, and change management.
- Proven experience in HR consulting and project management is a plus.
