**People Analytics & Insights Partner Role at Peloton**
Peloton’s People Analytics & Employee Listening team seeks a motivated and data-driven individual for the role of People Analytics & Insights Partner. This position requires you to be a trusted advisor, transforming complex people data into impactful insights that reinforce Peloton’s culture and inform key decisions. Your main responsibilities will include interpreting data through engaging storytelling, providing quarterly insights on people metrics, and managing the employee listening survey program. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting skills, expertise in people analytics, and a passion for building an employee-centric environment.
**Your Role and Daily Impact at Peloton**
*Consulting and Collaboration:*
In this role, you’ll be a key partner to HR and business leaders, offering strategic insights that align with Peloton’s values. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across HR, Finance, and ET, using data to enhance talent strategies and business goals. Acting as a subject-matter expert, you’ll help leaders interpret data and identify improvement areas.
*Data Storytelling & Presentation:*
Lead the preparation of quarterly presentations on people metrics, such as engagement and diversity. Your work will focus on making complex data accessible, allowing leadership to make informed decisions based on clear and actionable insights from engagement and pulse surveys.
*Employee Listening & Insights:*
You will oversee Peloton’s Employee Listening Survey Program, analyzing results to uncover trends in engagement, culture, and employee experience. This includes partnering with HR to create survey strategies that drive actionable insights.
*People Metrics & Reporting:*
Translate organizational needs into analytics solutions, creating dashboards with visual storytelling to help guide talent decisions. Regularly update key people metrics, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and informative.
*Data Literacy & Training:*
You will deliver training sessions to improve data literacy within HR and other departments, creating resources like guides and FAQs to help others utilize data effectively.
**Qualifications for Success**
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in I/O Psychology, Data Analytics, HR, Business, or a related field.
– At least five years of experience in people analytics, HR consulting, or a similar role focused on employee listening and data storytelling.
– Proven track record as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing decision-making with data-driven insights.
– Strong skills in data storytelling, simplifying complex information to engage stakeholders.
– Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HR systems (e.g., Workday).
– Experience presenting insights to senior executives is advantageous.
– Knowledge of employee engagement tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint) is preferred.
