Role Overview – Your Responsibilities:
– Gather, analyze, and interpret employee feedback and experience data to provide actionable insights that promote organizational development and employee engagement.
– Conduct surveys throughout the employee lifecycle.
– Examine trends and present insights through dashboards and reports.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee experience initiatives.
About You:
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Capable of effectively conveying findings.
– Detail-oriented with excellent project management abilities.
– Ability to work collaboratively within teams and across departments.
Your Experience Includes:
– Knowledge of HR practices, employee feedback channels, and survey methods, especially with Qualtrics.
– Proficiency in data analysis, survey design, and statistical techniques.
– Background in employee engagement, organizational development, or HR analytics.
– Familiarity with data visualization and statistical analysis tools.
– Excellent research capabilities with a focus on market analysis.
– Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data effectively.
Salary & Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $81,500 to $116,600, depending on location and factors such as skills, experience, and education. Seagate offers a competitive benefits package that includes a variable pay bonus, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), employee stock purchase options, health savings accounts, and flexible time off. Additionally, the role offers a minimum of 48 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, and more.
