**Responsibilities**
– Independently prepare and manage payroll and salary statements for both headquarters and operations.
– Handle information creation, certification, and reporting duties to social insurance, tax authorities, and other agencies.
– Serve as the main contact for employees and managers regarding accounting-related inquiries.
– Continuously enhance payroll processes and tools, and contribute to the preparation of reports and personnel statistics.
– Resolve issues related to maternity protection, parental leave, attachments, company pension schemes, and special social security cases.
**Qualifications**
– Degree in accounting, payroll, or HR.
– 2-3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in a rapidly growing company.
– Strong knowledge of labor, tax, and social security laws.
– Familiarity with German accounting software (SAP preferred).
– Ability to work independently with precision, reliability, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high level of service orientation.
– Good command of English, both written and spoken.
