Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our People Operations team. As part of one of the top healthcare companies, the Payroll Manager will manage payroll processing, tax compliance, and reporting for salaried and hourly employees. This position can be based in Philadelphia or Boston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees.
- Ensure payroll transactions, deductions, and allowances are accurate.
- Comply with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Handle state and federal tax accounts and audits.
- Oversee payroll reports and collaborate with People Operations and Finance teams.
- Assist with special projects and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of payroll experience.
- Proficient in payroll, tax administration, and multi-state experience.
- Experience with ADP WFN or similar systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
