Junior Corporate Recruiter (Part-Time)
Location: McLean, VA

Work Arrangement: On-site every Wednesday; flexible schedule
Position Overview:
Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Part-time Junior Corporate Recruiter to assist in talent acquisition efforts. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in corporate recruitment while working in a flexible and supportive environment.
The recruiter will handle tasks ranging from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating onboarding. Additional responsibilities include managing candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and contributing to various HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support HR with recruitment processes, including screening and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate with the Facility Security Officer for security clearance requirements.
- Collaborate with management to fill open positions efficiently.
- Organize on-site interviews and liaise with hiring managers.
- Manage offer letters, interview scheduling, and new hire orientations.
- Handle internal and external HR-related inquiries.

Qualifications:
Required:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in creating social media content.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- A minimum of one year of experience in recruitment, with knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with SmartRecruiters or similar talent acquisition systems.
