Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in HR program planning and administration, with a minimum of three years focused on designing, developing, or conducting corporate training programs.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in HR program planning and administration, with at least one year spent designing, developing, or delivering corporate training programs.

Salary Minimum
$69,977.00

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and assess executive and leadership development programs. Help improve succession management initiatives. Serve as the main point of contact for leadership development program participants.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition. Collect and analyze data to ensure equitable performance evaluation across teams.
  • Conduct and manage talent surveys and feedback tools (e.g., 360 assessments) to evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs. Provide analysis and coaching based on results, preparing reports for leadership review.
  • Oversee the Tuition Assistance Program, including application and reimbursement reviews, and assess the program’s effectiveness.
  • Create engaging e-learning content for core learning programs, utilizing adult learning principles. Develop supporting materials for corporate learning initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
